This is my most popular and loved recipe that I came up with in an attempt to cut out added sugar from my diet. These amazing brownies taste better than the real thing. You won’t believe that these are healthy!
Raw, paleo, gluten-free, grain-free, dairy-free, soy-free, no sugar added
Makes 12 brownies

Ingredients:
1 cup cashews
2 cups dates
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 tbs coconut oil
Directions:
1- Remove pits from dates
2- Combine ingredients in vitamix or food processor.
3- Press ingredients into 8×8 glass dish
4 -Refrigerate until hard then cut into squares, store in the fridge.
